02 — One studio
An interior is usually handed between three companies: one draws it, one builds it, and a third is asked to explain why the two do not match. We kept all three in the same studio.
That changes what can be promised. A detail is drawn knowing who will cut it, priced by the people who will install it, and inspected by someone who sat in the design meeting.
03 — How we engage
How much of the project we hold is your decision. Each of these is a normal way to work with us, and none of them is a stepping stone to another.
We take the space from survey to a documented design. Your own contractor prices the work and builds from the package we issue.

The same studio draws it and builds it. One programme, one price, and nobody to point at when a detail does not match the drawing.

Representation on a project somebody else is delivering. We hold the standard, the reporting and the coordination; you keep the contract.

Fees follow the scope rather than the floor area. Design is a fee quoted against a defined brief; build and joinery are priced from approved drawings, so the number you approve is the number you pay unless you instruct a change in writing.
