05 — Service

Project Concierge

For owners who cannot be on site — or would rather not be — we act as the experienced eye and the single line of communication. You stay in control without living at the project.

01 — What it covers

Everything in scope.

Site monitoring, contractor coordination, quality review and client representation.

  • Scheduled site inspections with photo reporting
  • Contractor and supplier coordination
  • Procurement alignment and delivery tracking
  • Quality review against specification
  • Snagging and defect management
  • Client representation in meetings

02 — How it runs

Four steps, no surprises.

We review the contract, drawings and programme so the standard we hold people to is the one you agreed.

  2. 02

    Monitoring

Regular inspections with dated photographs and a written report you can act on.

  3. 03

    Coordination

One point of contact between you, the contractor, suppliers and any consultants.

  4. 04

    Close-out

Snag lists tracked to completion, warranties collected, final accounts reviewed before sign-off.

04 — Questions

About project concierge.

Do I need to have used you for design?
No. Concierge is frequently taken up on projects designed and built by others.
How often do you visit?
Weekly is typical during active works, more often at critical stages. The frequency is agreed up front.
I live abroad — how does reporting work?
Written reports with dated photography, plus a scheduled call in your timezone. You see the site every week without being on it.
